Proposal Requirements

 

Vendors must submit proposals that include:

 🗸 A detailed company profile, including experience with similar projects.

 🗸 A comprehensive project approach, including timeline and deliverables.

 🗸 A complete cost proposal, with a breakdown of all fees and rates.

 🗸 References from at least three (3) school districts or similar clients.

 🗸 Proof of insurance, licenses, and any relevant certifications.

All proposals must be received no later than the posted project time and date. 

Late proposals will not be considered.

The Sumter County School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the RFP process, and to accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the District. Submission of a proposal does not obligate the District to award a contract, nor does acceptance of a proposal constitute a contract. The District may negotiate final terms and conditions with the selected vendor prior to awarding a contract. All costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal are the responsibility of the vendor.
