Any member of the public has the right to request access to public records from the Sumter County School District, in accordance with Florida law.

Duplication or retrieval fees may apply for large or complex requests. We will provide a cost estimate before processing your request.
Student records are protected under FERPA and are not considered public records. To request student records, please visit our Parents page under student records transcript request.
