  • District ESOL Parent Leadership Council

The District ESOL Parent Leadership Council is made up of parent representatives from each school with students in the ESOL program. The Council works to strengthen communication among families, schools, and the district, while setting shared goals to support English Language Learners.

Council members address parent and guardian questions and concerns about ESOL programs across all schools. They also provide valuable feedback on the District English Language Learner Plan and help keep families informed about important updates, policies, and issues affecting their students.

Each school has a representative on the Council to ensure all voices are heard.

    ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 Assessment

ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 is a secure, annual assessment designed to measure English language proficiency for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade who have been identified as English Language Learners (ELLs). Administered in member states of the WIDA Consortium, this assessment helps schools track students’ progress in learning academic English.
