Safety

Students are encouraged and expected to follow school and classroom guidelines that ensure student safety for themselves and their friends. Redirection and distraction away from choices that do not support safe learning and play will be utilized when necessary. A safe spot is available in class to give students a comfortable spot to calm and self-soothe when they are feeling frustrated or tired until they can rejoin the class. If inappropriate behavior is a reoccurring issue, a parent/teacher conference may be scheduled. If the safety and well being of your child or others is an ongoing concern due to your child’s behavior, your child will lose the privilege of attending our program.

The guidelines of this newly established program are subject to change without notice.
