In accordance with Florida law (s. 287.057(3)(c), F.S.), commodities or contractual services available only from a single source may be exempt from competitive solicitation requirements. When Sumter County Schools believes that a commodity or contractual service is available only from a single source, a public notice will be electronically posted on this page for a minimum of 15 business days. This notice will include a description of the commodity or service and a request for information from any prospective vendors regarding their ability to provide the specified commodity or service.
