Welcome to 4th grade and a new school! I am so excited to be a part of the inaugural year at Wildwood Intermediate School. This is my 11th year teaching in Sumter County Public Schools. Prior to Sumter, I taught in Marion. This is my 16th school year working in the education field (so 14 more to go until retirement :D). Teaching is a work of the heart and my heart is teaching math and science! When I see a child understand a concept or grow to love a difficult subject, it makes my heart smile.   

On a personal note, I have been happily married for 26 years!! We have two daughters, and one grandson! They all keep me very busy! Our youngest daughter is getting married in September; so lately my free time has been spent wedding planning!
