Welcome to my page!

My name is Jennifer Ammons, and I am a native Floridian. I was raised in Sumter County and graduated from Wildwood High School in 1995. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001 from the University of South Florida (GO BULLS!!). I have been teaching since the fall of 2007, and I have always taught at the high school level. My experience has been at all levels of ELA, Intensive Reading, and ESE. I pride myself on building relationships and watching students succeed.

I have two teenage boys (Will and Wes) that keep me busy. During my free time, I love to read and be near the water. LIFE IS GOOD!!!
