I have been teaching at Lake Panasoffkee Elementary since the 2000-2001 school year.  I am looking forward to teaching your child this year.  I absolutely love teaching math and science.  Our classes do 2-4 science activities(labs) per week.  The students are divided up into groups that work together on each activity.  In math we do a lesson each day.  On average we do a quiz or a test each week.  On days where we do not have a quiz or test we do homework.  This is a short page that should take less than 30 minutes per day.  Some days it will only take five minutes and students will do it in class.  I do not give science homework.  On the day before one of our chapter test I will require students to take home their books to study with.  If you need to contact me please send an email to allen.ashley@sumter.k12.fl.us.  This year is going to be great.
