Welcome to Mrs Danielle Bates' Kindergarten Classroom

Hello! My name is Danielle Bates and I am a kindergarten teacher at LPES! I am very excited to have the opportunity to be your child's teacher this year. I am looking forward to a very successful year of learning in the classroom. I am a lifelong resident of Sumter County! I graduated from South Sumter High School. I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of Central Florida and a Master's in Education: Curriculum and Instruction/Reading Instruction from the University of West Florida. This year is going to be a great year full of new friends, new adventures, and new discoveries. I enjoy reading, crafting, being outdoors, and helping in the community. Lets make this an incredible year!

Everyone is cared about. Everyone's ideas, thoughts, and actions are valued. Each child has unique talents and strengths and they will all be shared and heard in our class. The progress your child makes in class both academically and socially is a great concern in my classroom. I set high expectations for all students in our classroom. I also provide a safe and comfortable environment for your child to grow and learn in the best way possible. I will keep you informed daily about behavior through daily folders, phone calls, or email.
