My name is Stephanie Masterjohn and I am you kindergarten teacher.This will be my 19th year teaching in Florida. I have taught in Lake County Schools, Lake County Virtual, and Sumter County. I have taught, 3rd, grade and 2nd grade as well as, kindergarten.

I grew up on Long Island, New York. I graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a major in Elementary Education, and a minor in Communications in May of 2001.

I live in Leesburg, Florida with my husband, Dan, my two sons, Mark who is 17, and Alex who is 15. We have a dog named Buddy. We spend lots of time with my mother in law Lydia. She does not live with us but we are together most of the time.

I really enjoy being in the water.  We have a canoe and two kayaks.  We spend lots of time at the Springs, and when we can at the swimming pools in my mother in law’s development.

I am excited to start this new school year and I can’t wait to get started!  We are going to have a wonderful year! Please know, I am always waiting for you if you need my help!
