Degrees and Certifications:
Ms. Chatman is tenacious, charismatic, and talented. After graduating from Leesburg High School in 1999, she obtained her Bachelor's Degree at The Florida State University in August 2002; majoring in Interdisciplinary Social Science, her concentrations were: Sociology and Urban and Regional Planning. She attended Troy University, obtaining her Master’s Degree in Counseling & Psychology and Guidance in May 2014. She is the proud mother of Raen Golden, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern for the State of Florida and is also a doctoral student with Northcentral University as she is pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership.
In her spare, time she loves to travel, volunteer in the community, and spend quality time with her family and friends.
She has a genuine empathy for others and is eager to assist in any manner that she can. Ms. Chatman will be teaching English Language Arts, Reading and Social Studies for Middle and High School ESE for the 2020-2021 academic year. She is eager to move the academic needle and prepare the next generation for success today!
