Robotics Team

  • The SSMS Robotics Team is a FIRST Lego League Team.

    During the robotics season, team members:

    • develop innovative solutions to various themed problems
    • work on coding EV3 and Spike Prime robots to complete missions
    • practice presentations
    • learn to work together as a group

    The kids learn about Java programming, Hardware/Software applications and other Computer Science skills. Through the year they compete in competitions, are guest at Lockheed Martin for Engineers week and meet other kids from around the state who are learning problem solving skills.

     

    Extracurricular Insurance is required which costs $10
