  • The Facilities and Planning Department's goal is to provide a safe, effective and efficient learning environment for all users of Sumter County Public School facilities.

    In addition to growth management, we manage all construction and maintenance of schools and ancillary facilities operated by the Sumter County School Board.

    Vendor Information

    All vendors with the Sumter County School Board are required to complete a vendor application prior to the issuance of purchase orders. Vendor applications are managed by Accounts Payable and will only be accepted once a job, contract, bid, etc. has been awarded and proof of insurance has been provided.
