    BUS TRANSPORTATION

    Questions regarding bus transportation should be directed to the following phone number: 793-5705. Students will not be allowed to ride other buses or get off at different stops unless parents come to the school to make the request or send a notarized note.

    PARENT/GUARDIAN VOLUNTEERING

    If you are interested in being a VOLUNTEER, please visit  www.sumter.k12.fl.us and click on Volunteer Information under QUICK LINKS to complete the online application. Make sure to choose a login and password that you can remember or write it down. Approval usually takes between 2-4 weeks and you must be School Board approved before you can begin volunteering. Online applications are valid for 3 years, but if any of your information changes, log back into your account and update it.

    TEXTBOOK/LIBRARY FINES

    Students with textbook or library fines will not be allowed to participate in extracurricular activities. Return books or pay fines!

    SCHOOL INSURANCE

    Students participating in any extracurricular after-school program are required to have school insurance at a cost of $10.00.

    To participate in any sport, student must have the extracurricular school insurance and a sports physical on the Florida High School Athletic Association forms. Click here for FHSAA Physical Form and FHSAA Consent Form.
