I'm from Orlando, Florida. I graduated from West Orange High School in Winter Garden, Florida in 1994. I attended and graduated from Stetson University between 1995 and 1999. I taught at South Lake High School from 2000 to 2003. I started at South Sumter Middle School in 2003 and in 2023 I started at South Sumter High School. I am a professional trumpet player and I regularly play in the Orlando and Tampa Area. I'm also one of the founding members of Same Is Lame Jazz Ambassadors, a not-for-profit charity band that raises money for scholarships for students interested in the arts.
