My name is Rod Padgett. I am a native Floridian. I grew up in Lake County. After high school, I attended Palm Beach Atlantic University and received a BA degree in music. I had the privilege of touring with a band for several years and working in the professional music industry. I then spent many years working in local churches as a pastor and musician.

I have a wonderful wife (Jamie) and four children: Conor, Tegan, Zoe, and Keira. I love to travel and be outside any chance I get.

I’ve been at WMHS for 3 ½ years and really love this season of life. My daily schedule is as follows:
