Hello, I am Kip Hendrix, I'm looking forward to working with your students. I love to play chess and spend time doing photography. I also enjoy traveling and relish telling my students about things in different parts of the world.   

I'm a huge fan of mathematics, reading, and the vast worlds that reading opens for students. My favorite books are the Harry Potter Series. This series has an enormous influence in our classroom environment and decor. I ask that parents read to your students, with your students, and have them read to you. 

This year I have a co-teacher, partner here at LPES. Mrs. Connie White will be teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies, while I will be teaching Math and Science.  

Many of you know another teacher here at Lake Panasoffkee that has the same last name as myself. Mrs. Marcy Hendrix is the Speech and Language Pathologist here, at LPES. We have been married for almost 13 years. Just under 7 years ago we were blessed by the arrival of our first children. Yes, I said children as in plural. We have two beautiful twin girls, Olivia and Ryliegh. I savor the time we get to spend with our girls.
