Mrs. Hooten is a 1994 South Sumter alumni & the mother of two South Sumter alumni!  She teaches American Government & Economics with Personal Finance.  She has a passion for preparing her students for the next step in life by teaching them to take fiscal and civic responsibility.  Mrs. Hooten serves as senior class advisor & senior trip coordinator.
