  • Girl Power!

The ladies on the WMHS campus found something special when they came back to school.  Mrs. Squire and Mr. Childs' wife, Jenna, volunteered their time to paint and decorate the ladies' restrooms on campus.  The restrooms are decorated with positive messages to inspire girls during the day.  Thank you Mrs. Squire and Mrs. Childs for your hard work!

  • USA Total Eclipse - August 21, 2017

Today was an exciting day on the WMHS campus.  Students and staff were able to see a solar eclipse using special glasses and viewers made from cardboard boxes.  Science classes were also able to see it on the web through live streams.

This is a picture of WMHS during the eclipse.  Even though we were not in the path of "totality," many predicted that it would be darker outside.

  • Free November SAT Registration and CSS Profile Fee Waiver for Hurricane Irma-Impacted Students

Free November SAT Registration and CSS Profile Fee Waiver for Hurricane Irma-Impacted Students To support students and families affected by Hurricane Irma, the College Board will offer a free November SAT registration and a CSS Profile fee waiver. We understand this is a difficult time for those who are struggling as a result of the storm. We hope this measure can ease some worry for students and ensure their college-going plans are minimally affected during storm recovery efforts.
