    21st Century CCLC

    Wildwood Elementary Afterschool Program

    August 10, 2021

    Dear Parents,

Great news! The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) program will continue during the 2021-2022 school year. We believe that your child could benefit from the extra instructional and enrichment activities provided through this grant-funded program.

The CCLC program is for second through fifth grade students. It will begin August 16, 2021, and end May 11, 2022. It will be offered Monday–Friday, from 2:45–5:15. Snack and bus transportation are available to all students enrolled in the program

The CCLC program will not be offered on the following dates: 9/6, 11/11, 11/22-11/26, 12/22-1/7, 1/17, 2/21, 3/7-3/11, and 4/4.

Please be aware that once enrolled, attendance is mandatory. A child missing more than five unexcused days or accruing more than five unexcused checkouts will be released from the program so that another student may have the opportunity to attend.

Please complete the attached information sheet (front and back) and return it to school by Thursday, August 12, 2021. Please be aware that completing the application does not guarantee a spot in the program. We have a limited number of slots; students will be enrolled based on academic need. You will receive notification if your child is enrolled. If you have any questions, please call the school at 352-748-3353.

    Thank you,
